I forgot to add this on Margaret Madamba

Here are some photos the paper took at the time of the wreck in 1994.
The one of the truck is absolutely frightening. Look at the damage it did, can you imagine the impact? I think about it all the time when I'm in traffic. I thought about it yesterday after my wreck. I'd be dead if I'd been on my bike. Guess the good carma is I was in my truck.


And here's Shaun Eugene Bates, the wacko who drove into Margaret. He was 22 in this photo. He'd be 34 now. Two years older than Margaret was when he hit her. I should check w/CDC and see when he's getting out, if he's not out already.

And here's the photo the paper took of Margaret a few months after the wreck. Like I said, I hope she's happy, doing well.
