Some spelling is better than others

The fixed this the other day. But I got a snap of the original. Aside from the spelling error (should be ADVICE if you don't know) this guy has some of the goofiest real estate billboards on Rosedale Highway.
And he has a LOT of them. It's actually gained a kind of cult hate group. If you go to http://www.rosedalehwysucks.com some of the older comments are totally against this Ponder dude and his billboard mania.
