Interesting Del info

I was heading home last night, about 7 p.m. and coming up on Yokuts Park. Del wasn't at his regular spot. I figured he'd gone home. A little ways further, I spotted him on the bike path with a large group, mostly Filipinos. A woman was standing next to him and talking closely, whispering it looked like, into his ear. I was worried about running over the kids so I slowed down, he saw me and smiled, I waved and kept going.

There was some big party at Yokuts yesterday, bounce houses and booths and such. I wondered if Del's family came down to enjoy the part and see how his "important mission" was going.

Del is quite a curious character to me!
